I had a wonderful stay at this resort, with spacious, clean rooms that offered fantastic views of the rainforest right from my window. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and made me feel very welcome. The location is a bit challenging to navigate as it’s at the top of some staircases, which can make getting in and out a bit tricky. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable, but the restaurant could improve its breakfast selection.

My stay at the hotel was quite the experience! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making my time there comfortable. I loved that I could connect my laptop to the large TV. The service staff was always eager to assist, which really enhanced my visit. One downside was the location; it sat atop a steep hill, which made getting to the reception a little challenging. Overall, it felt more like a residential apartment than a traditional resort, which I really enjoyed, but navigating the area took some getting used to.
